  The three stars are for the doctors in this practice who are great!
  
  The reason I cannot give five stars are for some of the staff who are abhorrent in their treatment of patients. One such staff member is Janet at the front desk. The way that she speaks to patients is not only wrong, but sad. She is dismissive, rude, and nasty. It's truly shocking that any employee of any company would treat anyone this way, much less pain patients. I feel terrible for the elderly patients who have to experience her abusive treatment. She seems to enjoy using the minimal power she has over tasks like making appointments to torture the practice's patients. Valley should be ashamed of themselves for employing her in any role, much less a patient-facing role. This is not a good look for Valley Health System and Janet alone could make patients go running from a practice with great doctors to Hackensack and the numerous other options in this area.
