  Design staff were excellent. Friendly and interested in their job. One of the products shipped was faulty and responsibility was taken and a replacement done within 3 weeks. I got to keep the faulty product (badly done nail head job) until he replacement arrived so had something to go in the space. Don't be put off by the fabrics in the store - they all seems to be more open weave, durable stuff - you can also get soft velvets and leathers of a better quality to go on the designs. I nearly didn't come back to the showroom after the first visit because of the fabrics on display but am glad I did.
