  Incompetent and NO customer service
  
  Big headache and waste of time to do business with staff at this Best Buy.
  
  Mine started when I went over to pick up my home theater system. A customer service rep Denise scheduled installation appt for Tuesday 8am-12pm. I wasted half of my day because no one showed up to do the job.
  
  I called Best Buy only to find out that "they are having a glitch in the system and are trying to fix it." - shouldn't they have fixed it or taken another mode of communication to provide services if they were aware of this?
  
  Needless to say, I was upset and I informed the store manager Dan that I'm having a party of friends over this Saturday and need my speakers installed by then. Dan offers to send installers out on Thursday and I said I can't do it because I can't take another day off from work. I asked if anything can be done today or tomorrow since my appointment was for today morning and the reason it got botched was because of an issue on their end. Dan's answer was still simple "No."
  
  I work in a field where service is a key, and sometimes I will work through lunch or stay an hour or two for my patients.
  
  If they were even slightly apologetic about what happened, they could have one of their installers work OT and rectify this situation.
  
  I purchased a center receiver AND 5.1 home theater speaker system. And they can't allow one inconvenience on their part to fix this mess?
  I won't be returning to this Best Buy.
