  I've been a Lane Bryant shopper for many years and have visited many locations. I have never been so disrespected as much as I was on 10/19/17 at the Paramus Route 4 location by the 'manager' Suzette and the other employee that was working on the floor. When I walked in, I wasn't greeted or acknowledged for 5 minutes. I was picking up an online order and stood at the register for 5 whole minutes, while the sales associate was yapping away about dog food with a customer. After 5 minutes, manager Suzette walked out of the fitting (that was empty without customers) barefoot! Yes, the manager was barefoot. She came up and asked 'how can I help you.' She got my order and I asked who the manager was; her or the lady on the floor (I didn't know she was the manager at that point.) She said 'I'm the manager.' I said well we waited for quite a while for someone in the front while your associate never even acknowledged us. Suzette didn't respond to my comment about her associate. She then asked me if I wanted the big box my shoes came in or if I wanted to open the box and take the shoe boxes out of the big box. I said I'll take the shoe boxes out. She proceeded to hand me a pair of scissors; without saying a word. I cut the box open. She gave me a coupon and I said 'thanks for your help can you write your name on my coupon.' She said 'I know that's not the reason you want my name.' She was so disrespectful. And she was correct, I wanted her name because I will call corporate so they are aware of her deplorable actions. So unprofessional. I will never shop at this location again while she's a manager here. Never.
