  (5 star review not for sears but for the repair shop on route 17 that helped me) sears gets a 1 star because they cannot handle simple customer service. called the auto center 3 times and got no where. first two calls were fairly fast as after getting through the automated transfer someone picked up said hold an hung up on me instead. third call I was put on hold for what felt like forever but was actually 30 min, I lost patience being told to continue holding and not being told as to why a simple 2 second question cannot be answered: "are you able to replace tires today?" simple question. thankfully there is an amazingly helpful repair shop on route 17 at the BP gas station that was able to replace them for me. I would never recommend sears auto center to anyone specially since this is not the first time this sorta thing has happened with the auto center. I will recommend that shop to anyone and everyone. BP gas station on route 17 north next to the Norton paint.
