  I walked around the store for a good 10 minutes no one asked me for help if I was a mystery shop they would definitely have failed they never demonstrated their five key behaviors or demo any products to me. I'm starting to see why AT&T is losing a lot of business. Three individuals passed by me could have said will be with you just a moment. I personally work for AT&T. And all I wanted was to buy some Prepaid iPhones for Christmas.
