  Broke my charging cord. Came in to buy a couple of new ones and an extra plug. The BEST thing about my visit was my grandson installed a new app on my phone and totally screwed up my phone and I couldn't undo it. Your rep got rid of all the unwanted stuff on my phone. For that I will always be grateful! Thank you T-Mobile!
