  I have experienced a complex series of events with my Model S due to hitting a large piece of metal on the highway at full speed. The entire service experience has been over-the-top pleasant. The service team is top notch. Better than any other car manufacturer experience I have had (Acura, Audi, Honda, Toyota). You just get the feeling the entire time that they care and they are on your side.
  
  I get why Tesla has the best brand rating several years in a row. My compliments to this place.

  Great service!! I drove from Delaware to this service center and because of the king drive they took care of everything and even gave me Tesla All Weather Mats- the staff was great, nice, and welcoming!!
