  Don't bother to make an appointment with them to see for lease or sale property. They will be late 25 mins and then they simply will decide not to show up.
  My suggestions to this company;
  - Do not promise if you cannot keep your appointments.
  - If you mess up your appointment, do not hesitate to say “ I apologize”
  - Do not categorize and judge your customers by their names and budgets,
  - Do not hide behind nonsense details to cover up your mistake.
