  Horrible....Ordered a metal bunk bed and was told 2 weeks....Didn't come in for 4 weeks and was told 3 different excuses while kids sleep on the floor....When finally came in 4 areas where paint was rubbed off down to metal....installers didn't have correct bolts so now I have some off colored bolts on a black frame.I am now repainting areas and bolts to make look acceptable instead of trying to deal with them....would never go back.
