  Worst experience of my life. Was refused help in finding a boot size for a snowboard after I said I’m going to buy online. I never said where or when I was going to buy online but right after that he did not help me and I asked , “are you really not going to help me find a size because I’m not buying it here right now.” He didn’t say anything and I walked right out of the store. I was not even there for 7 minutes. I then called the manager of Paramus store and I told him how displeased I was with the service that the store gave me. He said, it not policy, but would you like helping customers and then them taking their money elsewhere. So after all of this nothing happened I was refused to try on boots and they did not help me. Never had that happen in my life. That’s like going to Victoria secret asking them to size you and going to another store. Very very disappointed in how both of those people talked to me.
